CheckFree RXP Retail

Single Sign On Solution; bill pay is FREE except for services listed below.

Overnight Checks Fee is $14.95 per transaction

This service is available for CheckFree RXP bill pay, and it allows you to send payments overnight for a fee. The payment will be remitted as a check and will be sent via UPS Overnight Delivery. Once remitted, you will be emailed the UPS tracking number. 4 pm ET cutoff time for next business day delivery.

Same Day Bill Pay
Fee is $9.95

This service is available for CheckFree RXP bill pay, and it allows you to schedule same day payments to select payees for a fee. The payment is remitted electronically and cannot be canceled once scheduled. You will be able to identify within bill pay if you payee accepts same day payments. The cutoff time can be as late as 10 pm ET; however, can vary by biller.

Farmers and Merchants Bank is always looking for ways to enhance the bank customer experience by adding the convenience of electronic banking services to our personalized customer service that our community bank prides itself on. The new e-Statement service, automates the rendered monthly account statement of activity with check images to afford additional banking convenience through secure delivery & transmission of pdf file format statements including pre-notification to customers desiring this service.

To actively use this "free" Farmers and Merchants Bank's e-Statement service and automate your account statements, you must be a Farmers and Merchants Bank customer and enrolled in our internet banking service. To enroll, please navigate to the bank's enrollment web page for this purpose, https://www.fmb1919secureonline.com/tob/live/usp-core/app/register, and complete the online enrollment form.


For current users of Internet and Mobile Banking services, please email clientservices@fmb1919.bank to indicate your desire to add e-Statement services and provide the specific bank account numbers for future e-Statement processing. A bank representative will return your email correspondence to confirm the setup of service for your next account statement period.

Mobile Web Banking (non-fmb1919 app)

Farmers and Merchants Bank’s Mobile Web Banking offers the convenience of mobile banking access to accounts without the need to download an App. Secure connectivity through the Internet Browser applications on your Mobile cellular device enables features that include:

  • Check Account Balances and Recent Account Transactions
  • Transfer Funds between Accounts
  • Search for ATM and Branch locations with Google Maps
  • Bill Payment using a smartphone or tablet banking app

Note: Remote Check Deposit is not a feature of Mobile Web Banking

To use Mobile Web Banking, you must be an approved Internet Banking customer of Farmers and Merchants Bank

Mobile SMS Text Messaging

With Mobile Banking’s SMS (Short Message Service) Text Messaging solution, secure access to your banking accounts are available from a simple text command to retrieve informational account updates and perform transfer transactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Simple Steps for Mobile SMS are:

  • Our short code for Farmers and Merchants Bank is 469228
  • “Save” this number in your Contacts listings
  • Text commands to 469228 to receive account information in a text message reply
  • Receive low balance alerts on your primary account

How to Enroll:

  • Login to Internet Banking
  • Select the “Mobile Banking” Link within “Other Services” menu of the main navigation bar
  • Click “Activate” to proceed to the next screen
  • Enter your mobile telephone number, accept the terms and conditions and click “Next”
  • Receive a text message on your mobile phone with the provided activation code
  • Enter the activation code into Internet Banking and click “Next”
  • Set up your text message banking settings and preferences
  • Select “Finish” to complete enrollment


Text the commands below to 469228:

BALANCE (BAL) = for account balances of all linked accounts
BALANCE (BAL) Account Number = for specific account balance display
DETAILS Account Number = for display of specific account number, account nickname (if applicable), balance, and account type
TRANSACTIONS Account Number = for display of the four (4) most recent transactions
XFER = for transfer of funds from the default, primary account number to other linked accounts and/or specific Account Numbers identified
HELP = for display of the bank’s Mobile Banking Support telephone and web site
STOP = for disabling instructions of SMS Mobile Banking services to Farmers and Merchants Bank
Note: iPhone, and iPad tablets do not have a text messaging system to facilitate SMS text messages to non-Apple iDevices.
