Mobile Banking is a free service offered to all Farmers and Merchants Bank customers. For secure, encrypted access, you must be an approved Internet Banking customer with a valid login and password, allowing linked account relationships, while ensuring your multi-factor authentication for this mobile application. Other cellular devices may be used for the lower-level Mobile Banking service supported by direct web browsing and SMS (Simple Messaging System) applications as described on the Electronic Banking Services web page.
The features of Mobile Banking, include the ability to check account balances, view transaction history for accounts including search capabilities for specific transactions, the ability to transfer funds between eligible accounts, execute previously established bill payments easily from the convenience of your phone or tablet, enjoy the added convenience of Remote Check Deposit using your smart phone camera, and easily locate the nearest Farmers and Merchants Bank branch, ATM, or Allpoint Network ATM. Future enhancements include person-to-person (P2P) payment capabilities.
Farmers and Merchants Bank uses a mobile banking solution with your security in mind. Our bank would never transmit your account number, and no private data is ever stored on your mobile phone. Multi-factor authentication and layered security technology help protect against fraud, and real-time activation via SMS (Simple Messaging System) text transmissions confirm user identity and access.
