Message from Gary Harris, President of Farmers and Merchants Bank
The banking industry has been in the news a lot lately with the recent failures of Signature Bank and Silicon Valley Bank.
As a community bank, Farmers & Merchants Bank is well capitalized and well positioned with ample liquidity to serve our customers and community. We were founded in 1919 and expect to continue to serve our communities for generations to come. Our bank was built on local relationships with local consumers and businesses. We are not and will not be involved with any highly speculative types of businesses.
We have a track record of being a successful community bank for the last 104 years. Our independence has allowed us to provide customers with a team of local bank professionals that care deeply about our customers and their personal and business success.
We have an experienced team of leaders and we are here to answer any of your questions. Please feel free to visit or call any of our offices if you have questions or concerns. You can also reach me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 410-374-1510.
We are grateful for your business and sincerely appreciate your confidence in and your support of Farmers and Merchants Bank.
We are happy to share that progress on the renovations to our Upperco location is quickly advancing toward the finish. In order to complete the improvements to the building, we need to temporarily close including our drive thru services.
We appreciate your continued patience and value your banking relationship. Once renovations are completed, we look forward to you joining us for a grand reopening of the Branch location in the near future.
You can also make appointments as needed to access your safe deposit box by calling the Hampstead branch at (410) 239-4448.
